Simple Troubleshooting Method For Golf Sightseeing Vehicle

After so many years of development, golf carts have now become a very popular means of transportation on the market. In golf courses, most people are actually willing to use golf carts to save physical energy, and tourists in parks are also willing to take this type of transportation to enjoy the park. In some factory industrial parks, they are also willing to use this type of four-wheel vehicle for patrols, and in some real estate companies and vacation hotels, they are also willing to use it to receive customers.

Due to the fact that golf carts are mostly assembled from relatively simple components and several major components, the maintenance work is relatively not very complex. Below, we, the Green Jet engineers, will briefly introduce how to handle common fault problems:

Firstly, speed is a concern for everyone. If there is a slow speed situation, the most common problem is due to insufficient engine power. For example, effective climbing requires at least a 400amp electric controller. If necessary, then we need to replace a power engine with a higher rotational speed and a rotation ratio exceeding six to one. Here is an introduction to the fact that higher voltage power engines usually have higher power, but this can also cause a major problem of reducing battery life.

If there is no problem with the golf cart engine, it may be caused by the battery failure. We can use steel wool to clean the terminal part of our battery, check whether the battery is corroded, check whether the water level of the battery is normal, and ensure that the water level is above the normal indicator line. If the battery leaks acid, It is particularly important to replace the entire battery of our golf cart.

The problem of noise when the golf cart brakes is actually caused by the following reasons:

Improper adjustment of the brakes may result in severe wear on the brake drum. We need to check if there is a calibration issue between the brake cover and the brake drum. If the brake cable is too tight, the valve cover may be pulled out at an angle, so only a part of the valve cover can come into contact, resulting in uneven wear and noise. If the problem with the golf cart is ignored for a long time, the brake drum will also be severely worn over time. In this case, we must replace the brake drum,

In fact, people in the contemporary market are no longer as unfamiliar with golf carts as before, so learning more about these golf carts will provide you with a lot of convenience in your life.
